Venue

Evocative. Playful. Unique. These are just a few words to describe “Henry”, our 2400 square foot canvas tent and the home to Island Shakespeare Festival’s summer season. Our vintage circus style tent has quickly become a distinctive landmark in the South Whidbey community.

“Henry” was commissioned from America’s oldest tent makers, Armbruster Manufacturing. Armbruster has been making the finest tents since 1875 and thanks to them, we are now able to perform rain or shine! And because of the flexible nature of our performance space, we can also offer a multitude of before and after performance events.

So, come one come all to the big top and enjoy summer theatre at its finest, under the Big Top in the heart of Langley our beautiful village by the sea!
