Will Wilhelm (they/them; Co-Creator; 1st project with ISF) is a trans/non-binary actor, writer, and educator based in Chicago. As a member of the resident acting company at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, they reimagined genderqueer characters in As You Like It, Macbeth, and Bill Rauch's Oklahoma! Other professional highlights include Straight White Men (Steppenwolf Theatre), written and directed by Young Jean Lee, and RENT (Metropolis Performing Arts Centre) for which Will's performance as Angel received a BroadwayWorld Chicago Award. They have also had the pleasure of working with Victory Gardens, Northlight Theatre, Teatro Vista, About Face Theatre, American Theater Company, Chicago Children's Theatre, and Williamstown Theatre Festival. Will is a proud graduate of Northwestern University and is represented by Gray Talent Group. With Erin Murray, they are the co-creator of Teacakes & Tarot and their debut solo show: Gender Play. In their free time, Will enjoys board game nights, dancing in their collection of platform heels, and eating the gender binary for breakfast.
