Deana Duncan (she/her) | Actor: TA: Tamora (3rd season with ISF) is thrilled and excited to return to the ISF company for this project. A Whidbey based actress, director and producer, Deana is the Executive Artistic Director at Whidbey Island Center for the Arts and is honored to work with that amazing staff and board to bring music, theatre, dance, and the humanities to the stage year around. Favorite WICA projects include producing the world class DjangoFest NW, favorite roles include Olympe DeGouges in The Revolutionists and Lady Macbeth. Favorite directorials include: Sweeney Todd, Peter and The Starcatcher, The Curse of the Starving Class, and most recently, Every Brilliant Thing. Previously at ISF: Shakespeare’s Other Women, 2018 and 2019. Deana holds a Masters in Non-Profit Leadership from Seattle University, a BFA in Theatre Arts from the University of Nevada Reno and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Stella Adler Conservatory. Deana has directed and performed for Nevada Repertory Theatre, Reno Little Theatre, and the International Murder Mystery Festival in Kentucky. Deana thanks ISF for this opportunity and is honored to work with Scott and this amazing cast and crew.
