Kilah Williams (she/her) | TA: Costume Design (2nd season with ISF) Kilah is excited to return to ISF after her first experience in 2019. She hails from the bayous of the south, but now loves the rivers of the pacific northwest. She works around the area as a freelance costume designer for stage and screen and also manages the costume shop at Taproot Theatre Company. Her most recent work could be seen at Village Theatre’s Kidstage program,or online with IAJ media.
